After reviewing your Onboarding Submission, our team will schedule a Ghost Patron to visit your business. With professionalism and discreteness, each Ghost PAtron will collect real-unbiased data about your business at that point in time.
Step 3 | Data Analysis

Using our S.P.A.C.E. Rating System, our team will analyze all the data from collection. S.P.A.C.E. stands for Service, Product, Atmosphere, Cleanliness, and Experience.
Step 4 | Results

Within 3-5 days, Ghost Patron will deliver an easy-to-read One Page PDF with the full analysis and window into your small business and operations.
